If you need more time or want to come back for additional sessions, that’s always welcome — at no extra cost.

  • There is non age requirement for decoden or fluid bear. For safety reasons, a parent/guardian is required on-site for tufting participants under 10 years old.

  • We recommend booking in advance to secure your spot - especially on busy weekends! If we have space, walk-ins are welcome!

  • Yes. If you complete all the steps — tufting, gluing, and shaving/finishing — you can take your rug home the same day. Our instructors will guide you through each step and let you know when your rug is fully finished and ready to go.

  • We offer several rug size options which can be seen at the booking section, all of which are beginner-friendly. Your instructor will help recommend the best size based on the image or design you choose, your level of detail, and the overall look you’re going for.

  • We recommend parent or guardian guidance for children under 10. That said, we’ve seen some amazing projects created by kids as young as 8 or 9 years old with support. Every child is different, and we’re happy to help guide families so everyone feels safe, confident, and has a great experience.

  • Yes. Safety is a top priority. Before you begin, we provide a full safety briefing and hands-on guidance for using the tufting guns. Our instructors are always nearby to support you, making the workshop safe and approachable for beginners.

  • At the moment, we can host up to 24–30 people for tufting parties, depending on the project size and setup. This allows us to make sure everyone has enough space, equipment, and instructor support to enjoy the experience comfortably.
